Conjugation of i-adjectives

	Plain form	Polite form
Non-past affirmative	暑い atsui it is hot	暑いです atsui desu it is hot
Past affirmative	暑かった atsukatta it was hot	暑かったです atsukatta desu it was hot
Non-past negative	暑くない atsukunai it is not hot	暑くありません atsukuarimasen it is not hot
