*This is a very formal “you” that is rarely used in everyday written or spoken language.

**The verb haver(to be, there is/are) is most often used as an impersonal verb, meaning existir(to exist). We tend to use it in two forms only (singular and plural):
Para que haja mais escolas, precisamos de mais investimentos. (In order to have more schools, we need more investments.)
